Mindful Massage

Unwind a stressed, busy mind – escape the pace of everyday life with our Mindful Massage. This relaxing and clarifying treatment starts with mindfulness, includes breathing and visualisation techniques, guided meditation and a full body massage. The zones of your feet will be worked on, full body including legs and arms, back, neck and shoulders, finishing on a scalp/head massage. A full consultation will be done at the beginning to establish what you would like from the session, which essential oils will be used and what areas need the most attention.

This indulgent massage aims to focus on both mind and body and allow you to ‘be more present’ in the moment. Your therapist will begin with some guided meditation, give you gentle reminders throughout the massage and end with some more guided meditation allowing you to come away from this treatment feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and more balanced with a positive spirit.  In our busy lives it can be hard to switch off and take ‘time out’ of our day to focus on ourselves. Some find it difficult to meditate and switch off which is where guided meditation and mindful massage can help.
