Private Classes:

Our tailored remedial one to one Pilates sessions focus on body alignment, stretching, stamina, breathing and muscle strength –  which all combined will improve your posture and flexibility. You can book a session on a 1 to 1, 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 basis. This ensures that you have the full attention of the instructor to work with you through your goals, unlike many large classes.

Regular Classes:

Wednesdays at 5.30-6.30pm with Ceza

These Classical Pilates classes will focus on a core workout to stabilise the rest of the body, whilst strengthening and stretching other muscles for recovery and toning. Pilates is a safe way to move your body rather than risking damage caused by incorrect technique. We want the client to know how their body works and to be conscious of their limits so that they can work effectively and not cause harm. As the classes are a maximum of 6 clients, it will be very hands on and you will receive 1-1 attention throughout the class.

The classes are for anyone from beginner to intermediate level, those who are fit and healthy as well as those recovering from injury. Ceza adapts her classes to meet the individual’s needs.

If you have never tried Pilates before and would like to beforehand, please get in contact and we can book you in with Ceza or Anna for a 1-1 class prior to you coming along to these regular classes.

Please bring along water and your own mat if you wish to use it however mats can be provided.

 

Our Instructors:

Anna-Maria

Our fully qualified APPI Pilates instructor Anna has years of experience teaching students from beginners to those in need of rehabilitation and Anna is also a qualified Physiotherapist. Whatever your physical goals are, Anna will be able to help you achieve them. She has been teaching Pilates for the past 5 years including Pilates for back pain, scoliosis, runners, swimmers, ballet dancers and rehabilitation following surgery from back, neck and shoulder.

 

Ceza

Ceza is a qualified Pilates Instructor. She was introduced to Pilates while at university in 2005 and loved how it made her more aware of the her body and how hard it worked the core muscles. She spent several years after attending Pilates classes and it was a natural progression into teaching.

Ceza has worked with complete beginners to advanced levels to those with injuries. Ceza’s sessions, whether a class or 1-1, have been called ‘calm but intense’ as she enjoys challenging her clients to help create stronger, fitter bodies, relax the mind and help de-stress.

Ceza has taught in London, Surrey and Sydney and now Edinburgh. With the added training in Barre Pilates, the sessions are varied to create fun and exciting ways to always keep challenging the body!

 

Prices for Private Classes:

1 to 1 = £42

1 to 2 = £24 (per person)

1 to 3 = £18 (per person)

 

Prices for Regular Classes (max of 6 spaces):

Pay as you go Class: £12 (available only when the class isn’t fully booked with block bookings)

Block of 4 classes: £40 (5 week expiry)
